Dr. Fass offers the latest surgical treatment for plantar fascitis and heel spur syndrome. If medical treatment and custom orthoses fails to relieve the problem, Dr. Fass will often recommend an endoscopic plantar fascial release. This is done through a small incision with minimal post-op pain and swelling and quicker return to full function than through more traditional open surgery.

Dr. Fass is using state of the art evaluation and fabrication of custom foot orthotics. He has been providing effective orthotics for many years for treatment of a wide variety of foot, leg, knee, hip, and low back pain. The foot is the foundation for the structure of the body and a foot with poor balance and support causes injuries and pain syndromes which can be cured with custom orthoses, The latest orthotic technology includes the technique developed by Dr. Steven Glaser called Sole Supports. This new technique is dynamic, highly effective with and offers a better fit in shoes while improving foot function.
